We’ll also send a notification once your order leaves our warehouse.

It is not always possible to change or cancel an order once it has been placed, as we send items out as soon as possible. 

If you decide to cancel, please follow the link through your confirmation email - please be aware we're unable to bypass the cancellation timeframe. Once the order has been processed, you will need to return the original item to obtain a refund and/or place an order for the new product.

Troubleshooting Credit Card Payment Errors

-Check to make sure the billing information you entered is correct.

-Remove dashes or spaces from the card number.

-If the card is new or was recently reissued, make sure it has been activated.

-If you still experience a payment error after completing the above steps, please contact your credit card company.

Account Verification

To prevent delays in processing your order, please ensure that the billing address on your order matches the address that appears on your bank statements. If you are unsure of your billing address, please contact your bank directly.

Locating Your Credit Card Security Code

The Credit Card Security Code is a unique three or four-digit number printed on the front (American Express) or back (Visa/MasterCard) of your card. Your order cannot be processed without this code.

Visa/MasterCard:

We accept PayPal, as well as all major credit and debit cards issues by Visa, Mastercard and American Express. 

When filling out credit card information, please enter your name exactly as it appears on your card. For our customers’ protection, transactions cannot be processed if the billing information is not 100% accurate.

We don´t currently ship to territories with special tax regime: Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

Currently shipments are made to Peninsula and Balearic Islands.

At this time we only accept returns for purchases on SKECHERS.com. Free return postage applies only to orders within the 60 days of purchase. If the product is returned outside of the 60-day return period or the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging, SKECHERS will be unable to honor a refund for the merchandise"

We do not currently offer exchanges for SKECHERS website purchases. 

If you would like the same shoe in another size or style, simply place a new order and return the first pair.

We cannot guarantee that inventory will be available when placing a new order.

Please note that purchases on SKECHERS websites cannot be returned to SKECHERS Retail Stores

At Skechers, we have a legal duty to supply goods in accordance with the contract of sale you have with us.  We also guarantee 100% satisfaction on every item you purchase from Skechers. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the option to return our products. 

Unfortunately we do not have the option to make an order change at the moment, we are working on its development. Once the order has been processed, you can make a total or partial return of your online order

This Return Policy does not affect legal rights, including your right to repair or price reduction in certain circumstances.

UPCOMING PROGRAM UPDATES:

Program Tiers

Skechers Plus will feature three program tiers. There’s the Member tier, the Silver tier, and the Gold tier. Tier qualifications will be based on total spend in a membership year. To qualify for the Silver tier, members must spend €175 in a membership year. Qualification for the Gold tier is €350 in a membership year. 

We greatly value our members’ dedication to Skechers. So, if you currently have Elite Gold status, you’ll keep that status in Plus for a year. To retain Gold status for the following year, you’ll need to meet the €350 spend requirement.

How You Earn

Member tier and Silver tier members will earn 10 points per €1 spent while Gold tier members will earn 20 points per €1 spent for purchases made on www.skechers.es. In addition to earning points from purchases made on www.skechers.es, members can earn points through certain digital engagement activities with Skechers.

Return Policy

Skechers Plus members will have a return window of 90 days, increased from the current policy of 45 days. 

Points Expiration

Points earned by members are valid for 365 days from when they’re earned.

 Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Skechers Plus loyalty program (“Skechers Plus”). Skechers Plus is organized by Skechers USA Iberia S.L.U. (“Skechers”, “we” or “us”) and these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your participation in Skechers Plus.  Please read these Terms carefully.  By participating in Skechers Plus, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To participate in Skechers Plus, you must be at least fourteen (14) years old and a legal resident of Spain. Employees of Skechers, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and their spouses and children are not eligible to participate in Skechers Plus. Bulk buyers and resellers are not eligible to participate in Skechers Plus.  Skechers reserves the right to revoke loyalty membership for breach of these Terms on previous notice of ninety (90) days.  By enrolling and participating in Skechers Plus, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements. 

2. Joining Skechers Plus

If you meet the eligibility criteria above, you can join Skechers Plus by filling out a registration form on Skechers.es. No purchase is required to enroll in Skechers Plus. Only one account is allowed per individual.

3. Points

Members of Skechers Plus will earn points for purchases that are made on Skechers.es.  Purchases at stores or through any Skechers app will not earn Points (even if the member purchases Skechers products). Points are awarded after reward certificate, discount, offer or merchandise credit are applied. Items that are ineligible for points earn include gift card purchases, taxes, shipping and all other fees.

Member tier and Silver tier members will earn ten (10) points per one Euro (€1) spent. Gold tier members will earn twenty (20) points per one Euro (€1) spent. Points earned through purchases can be impacted by a member’s tier level and/or bonus point promotions.  If a member returns purchased items, the Points earned by the purchase of those items will be deducted from the member’s Point total. In addition to earning Points for purchases, members can also earn Points for certain digital engagement activities with Skechers.  

Members can earn points on a maximum of seven hundred fifty Euro (€750) worth of purchases in a rolling ninety (90) day timeframe. Any additional spend greater than this threshold will not earn points.

Members must be logged into their Program account on Skechers.es to receive points for their actions.   Skechers reserves the right to retroactively credit Points for interactions where the member was not logged in, provided sufficient proof of membership and purchase is made available to Customer Care within sixty (60) days of purchase.

4. Expiration of Points

All Points earned by members are valid for three hundred sixty-five (365) days from the date of earning and will expire at the end of this period.

Points are not transferrable between members. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Program Tiers

Skechers Plus has three (3) tiers. Members can progress through these tiers by the amount they spend on eligible products at Skechers.es.

“Member” tier is the entry-level tier.   Members only need to register for Skechers Plus to be a part of this tier.  No purchase is required.

Members can progress to “Silver” tier and “Gold” tier by spending the required Euro amount within the calendar year (January 1^st -December 31^st). When moving up Tiers, a member will receive that Tier status for the remainder of the current calendar year plus the subsequent calendar year.

Silver/Gold Tier Re-Qualification

• On January 1st of every year Skechers will evaluate a member’s cumulative spend in the previous calendar year to determine whether they are eligible to retain their Silver or Gold level status.
• Customers must have spent one hundred seventy-five Euro (€175) to retain Silver status and three hundred fifty Euro (€350) to retain Gold status
• Tier downgrades could happen in the following ways:

• If a customer does not accumulate enough spend to retain their current Silver or Gold tier status by January 1st, then they will be downgraded to the tier level that reflects the accumulated spend total for the previous calendar year.
• If the member spends enough to earn Silver or Gold tier status in the current calendar year and then returns an order/product which brings their total spend in the current calendar year below the thresholds to earn Silver or Gold tier status, then their status will change to reflect their new calendar year spend total.

6. Rewards and Benefits

Entry and progress through each of the above-mentioned tiers will unlock a set of new benefits and rewards for members.   Members will have access to the rewards in their current tier and the tiers below them.  When a member moves down tiers, they will lose access to benefits from the higher tiers.

When a member earns one thousand (1,000) points, a five Euro (€5) promotional voucher will be eligible for redemption.  Points are redeemable only in increments of one thousand (1,000) points.  Promotional vouchers can only be applied to purchases made by the member on Skechers.es.   No cash back will be provided if the voucher's full value is not utilized.  Promotional vouchers will expire sixty (60) days after issuance. 

The Birthday Bonus Points benefit enables Member and Silver tier customers to earn twenty (20) points per Euro spent on any purchase made during their birthday month. Gold tier customers earn forty (40) points per Euro spent on any purchase made during their birthday month. Points earned during a customer’s birthday month are subject to the cap of earning points only on up to seven hundred and fifty Euro (€750) of purchases per rolling ninety (90) day timeframe. Customers must submit their birthday information in their online profile in order to participate in the birthday bonus points benefit.

Double Points Day Passes enable Silver tier customers to earn twenty (20) points per Euro spent total on a purchase of their choosing. Silver tier customers are awarded two (2) bonus points passes when they earn Silver tier status and then at the beginning of each calendar year in which they retain their Silver tier status. Any unused bonus points passes will expire at the end of December 31st.  

Triple Points Day Passes enable Gold tier customers to earn thirty (30) points per Euro spent total on a purchase of their choosing. Gold tier customers are awarded one (1) triple points pass when they earn Gold tier status and then at the beginning of each calendar year in which they retain their Gold tier status. Any unused bonus points passes will expire at the end of December 31st. 

Double and Triple Points Day Passes cannot be used in combination with the Birthday Bonus Points benefit. During a customer’s birthday month, passes will be deactivated and customers will earn bonus points only by the Birthday Bonus Points benefit.

Other benefits not mentioned here may be awarded to members on a surprise and delight basis at the discretion of Skechers.

Specific Rewards and Benefits may be subject to change, discontinuance, limitations, and substitutions by Skechers, subject to a previous notice. The total value of rewards applied to a purchase cannot exceed the total cost of the purchase.

To use Rewards, Benefits or promotional vouchers, Members must enter the online code at checkout on Skechers.es.

Awards and promotional vouchers are not redeemable for cash and void if copied and where prohibited, licensed or regulated.

7. Use of Account

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account and are fully responsible for any and all activities that occur under their password or account. Members should immediately inform Skechers customer care of any unauthorized use of their password or account or any other breach of security.

Skechers Plus is for members’ personal use only. Members agree not to display, distribute, license, perform, publish, reproduce, duplicate, copy, create derivative works from, modify, sell, resell, exploit, transfer or upload for any commercial purposes, any portion of Skechers Plus. The transfer, sale, or barter (or the attempted transfer, sale, or barter) of promotional vouchers, member exclusive promotional offers, and any misrepresentation of fact relating thereto, may result in cancellation of the member’s account, including any unused Points or claimed but unused promotional vouchers.

8. Privacy and Consent to Marketing

The information you provide as a member of Skechers Plus will be managed by Skechers as described in the Skechers Privacy Policy. 

Skechers will hand over to you marketing, promotions, special events, and other communications from Skechers, its affiliates, and brands. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. For information on how to do so, please visit our Privacy Policy.

Enrollment in Skechers Plus is voluntary. By providing your personal information to Skechers, you acknowledge that you fully understand and unambiguously consent to the transfer of such personal information to Skechers, that you are enrolling in Skechers Plus voluntarily, and that the enrollment is neither required to complete a purchase transaction nor made in connection with any purchase transaction.

9. Termination; Expiration; Changes to Skechers Plus

You may cancel your Skechers Plus membership at any time by logging into your account on Skechers.es.

We may cancel your membership at any time in case it is determined that you (a) are ineligible, (b) have not used your account for an extended period of time, (c) violated any term or condition of Skechers Plus or any applicable law or regulation, (d) used your account in connection with bulk buying or reselling, or (e) engaged in any deception, forgery, fraud or committed any other abuse of Skechers Plus.  We may revoke some or all of your points or rewards if we determine that you received points or a reward due to an error, through fraud or deception, or in any manner not authorized.

If you or Skechers cancels your Program membership, you will lose your accumulated points. If you cancel your membership, you may rejoin Skechers Plus by registering at Skechers.es.  When restarting your membership, your previously-earned points will not be reinstated.

In all matters relating to the administration of Skechers Plus, the decisions of Skechers will be final.   Skechers reserves the right to change or cancel any aspect of Skechers Plus, at any time, with a previous notice of 90 days, in case of substantial changes, so that you can withdraw from the program if you wish. Those changes will go into effect once ended the notice period. By continuing to participate in Skechers Plus, you are agreeing to the revised Terms.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these rules shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

10. OTHER LEGAL CONDITIONS

SKECHERS PLUS IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SKECHERS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, WITH RESPECT TO SKECHERS PLUS (INCLUDING THOSE RELATED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT AND THOSE ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE, OR TRADE).

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SKECHERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING FOR THE LOSS OF PROFIT, REVENUE, OR DATA) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH SKECHERS PLUS, HOWEVER CAUSED, AND UNDER WHATEVER CAUSE OF ACTION OR THEORY OF LIABILITY BROUGHT (INCLUDING UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORT THEORY OF LIABILITY) EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

THESE TERMS AND SKECHERS PLUS ARE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF SPAIN.  ANY DISPUTE ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR IN CONNECTION WITH SKECHERS PLUS SHALL BE RESOLVED BY SPANISH COURTS.

ALL TRADEMARKS, SERVICE MARKS AND TRADE NAMES OF SKECHERS USED IN CONNECTION WITH SKECHERS PLUS (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE SKECHERS NAME) ARE TRADEMARKS OR REGISTERED TRADEMARKS OF SKECHERS. How do I enroll in Skechers Plus?
 You may enroll in Skechers Plus at  Skechers.es.  Anyone living in the Spain and ages 14 and above can join. No purchase necessary, and there’s no fee to join.

How do I earn points?
 You can earn points in two ways:

• By making a qualified purchase at Skechers.es
• Engage with Skechers Plus digitally by answering surveys, participating in quizzes, and much more! Access these opportunities in your Skechers Plus account online

Can I earn points in-store?

No, currently points can only be earned for purchases made online at Skechers.es 

How many points do I earn on my purchase?
 At Member tier and Silver tier you will earn ten (10) points for every one (1) euro spent on qualifying online purchases. At Gold tier you will earn double points (20 points) per one (1) euro spent on qualifying online purchases. 

Points will not be awarded for Skechers merchandise purchased at either Skechers stores or non-Skechers stores, orders with Skechers gift cards as a purchase item, tax, restocking fees and shipping fees. Points can be earned for purchases made oneline with gift card payment.

When do points show up in my account?
 Points will be post to your account 24-72 hours after your order has shipped.

I forgot to log in prior to my purchase.  Can I get credit for my purchase?
 Yes, you have up to 60 days from the date of purchase to submit a missing points request and be credited. To submit a missing points request, email customer care at Skechers.es  Please provide a copy of the order confirmation. 

Please note, members must wait 24-72 hours after the shipping date to submit a missing points request.

Is there a limit on the number of points I can earn?

Members can earn points on a maximum of seven hundred and fifty euro (€750) worth of purchases in a rolling 90-day timeframe. Any additional spend above this threshold will not earn points.

Do my points expire?
 Points will expire 365 days after they are earned.

How can I check my point balance or tier status?
 You can check how many points you have and your current tier by logging into your Skechers Plus account on Skechers.es

If I return an item, do I lose the points I earned from purchasing it?
 Yes. All returned items will have any points earned from their initial purchase deducted from a member’s account. This may result in a negative points balance in your account if the amount of points deducted from the return is greater than the amount of points available in your account.

EXCEPTION: If the purchase was made prior to {launch date}, where Elite points were earned on initial purchase will not be deducted.

REDEEM

What can I redeem my points on?
 Members can redeem their points in 1,000-point increments for a €5 reward certificate that can be applied to a purchase made on Skechers.es  Reward certificates are promotional in nature. 

How do I redeem my points for reward certificates?
 Members can redeem points through Skechers.es. In the loyalty dashboard or in the shopping cart, click “REDEEM” to redeem points for a reward.

Do my rewards expire?
 Rewards certificates are promotional in nature and are valid for 60 days upon issuance.

Is there a limit on the number of reward certificates I can apply to a transaction?

Members may apply multiple reward certificates on an online purchase up to the transaction value of the purchase. Any remaining reward value above the transaction value will be forfeit. 

How do I apply my rewards to an online purchase?

To apply your reward to an online transaction, go to the shopping cart and click the “Apply” button next to your available rewards. To remove the reward certificate from the transaction, click the remove icon next to the reward certificate. 

Are there any restrictions on using my rewards?

Yes, you cannot use a reward certificate to purchase a gift card or any order that has a gift card in the order cart. Members cannot use rewards certificates on clearance rack items in Skechers warehouse store locations. 

TIERS

How do I become a Silver tier or Gold tier member?
Tier qualification is based on total spend in the calendar year (January 1^st – December 31^st). To qualify for Silver tier, members must spend €175 and to qualify for Gold tier, members must spend €350. 

How long does my Tier status last?
When you move up to Silver or Gold tier status you get that status for the remainder of the then-current calendar year, plus an additional calendar year. For example, if you earn Silver status on February 1^st, 2022, then you will have Silver status through December 31^st, 2023. 

Can my tier status be impacted by returned items?

Yes. If you make a purchase with a spend amount that promotes you to a higher tier and then you return items from that purchase, your tier status may change to reflect your new calendar year spend total.

How many points do I earn from my Double and Triple Points Day Passes?

Double Points Day Passes enable Silver tier customers to earn twenty (20) points per euro spent total on a purchase of their choosing. Triple Points Day Passes enable Gold tier customers to earn thirty (30) points per euro spent total on a purchase of their choosing. 

How can I apply my Double/Triple Points Pass to my purchase?

How many points do I earn from the Birthday Bonus Points benefit?

The Birthday Bonus Points benefit enables Member and Silver tier customers to earn twenty (20) points per euro spent on any purchase made during their birthday month. Gold tier customers earn forty (40) points per euro spent on any purchase made during their birthday month. 

Customers must submit their birthday information in their online profile to participate in the Birthday Bonus Points benefit.

Can I combine my Double/Triple points passes with the Birthday Bonus Points Benefit?

Double/Triple points passes cannot be used in combination with the Birthday Bonus Points benefit. During your birthday month, passes will be temporarily unavailable, and you will earn bonus points only by the Birthday Bonus Points benefit.

Performance Shoes: To maintain the quality of your purchase of our shoes, we do not recommend machine washing. We suggest the following steps for any minor cleaning to our shoes:

1. Remove excess dirt from the upper and outsole by using a small brush or towel.

2. Create a soapy mixture by combining warm water and a small amount (a few drops) laundry detergent.

3. Dip the brush or cloth into the soapy mixture. Wipe down the affected area. Apply a small amount of clean, warm water with the brush or cloth and brush/wipe off the excess soap.

4. Allow shoes to air dry.

Machine Washable Shoes : any style with the "Machine Washable" icon shown on the product detail page can be safely machine washed with detergent on the gentle cycle and air-dried. We suggest placing them in a pillowcase or laundry bag before washing in machine. Do not place shoes in dryer. 

Nylon/Mesh Shoes: Apply a protectant such as Skechers Water Proofer Spray to protect the shoes from water and stains. For shoes with Skechers Memory Foam™ insoles, allow shoes and insoles to air dry for 10 to 12 hours to ensure the insoles are fully dry. DO NOT put nylon/mesh shoes in the washing machine or dryer. DO NOT immerse in water.

Smooth Leather Shoes: These shoes will require cleaning and care with shoe creams or polishes. Select a neutral shade or color nearest to the color of the shoes. Wipe the leather with a damp cloth to remove dust, and wait until dry to apply shoe polish/cream. Never polish wet shoes. Use a leather cleaning lotion or spray such as Skechers Athletic Cleanser to clean. Apply a leather lotion or oil periodically to keep the leather supple. Apply a protectant such as Skechers Water Proofer Spray to protect the shoes from water and stains before wearing in wet conditions. Do not machine wash leather shoes.

Scuff-Resistant Leather Shoes: Remove minor scuffs by rubbing them with your hand. The natural oils in your hand will restore the original look of the leather. For deeper scrapes and scuffs, use a soft and neutral polish. This process moisturizes and replenishes the natural oils in the leather, leaving a shiny coating that will prolong and sustain its wear. DO NOT put in the washing machine or dryer.

Suede or Nubuck Shoes: Brush dry suede/nubuck shoes with a soft brush or dry rubber sponge to remove any clinging dirt. Regular use of a soft brush will keep the nap of the suede free from dust. Stubborn stains should be removed with a commercial stain remover suitable for suede. DO NOT put in the washing machine or dryer. DO NOT immerse in water. Apply a protectant such as Skechers Water Proofer Spray to protect the shoes from water and stains before wearing in wet conditions. Use a suede/nubuck cleaning product to clean shoes. Brush with a suede brush for best results. 

Light-Up Shoes: Machine washing light-up shoes is not advised as it may damage the lights.  Clean with mild soap, warm water and a soft cloth.

Keeping Shoes Fresh: Apply a deodorizing spray such as Skechers Odor Eliminator Spray to keep shoes fresh and odor-free.

In terms of size recommendations for women, we should advise half/one size up based on cm.

Our contract with you

How we will accept your order. You agree that your order is an offer to buy, under these Terms, all products and services listed in your order. All orders must be accepted by us or we will not be obligated to sell the products or services to you. We may choose not to accept orders at our sole discretion.  Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. 

If we cannot accept your order. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing and will not charge you for the product. Goods Not for Resale or Export. You represent and warrant that you are buying products or services from the Site for your own personal or household use only, and not for resale or export

Price and payment

Where to find the price for the product. The price of the product (which includes applicable taxes such as VAT) will be the price indicated on the order pages when you placed your order. All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on this Site are subject to change without notice.  

What happens if we got the price wrong. We strive to display accurate price information.  However, it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products we sell may be incorrectly priced. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and to cancel any orders arising from such occurrences.  We will normally check prices before accepting your order so that, where the product's correct price at your order date is less than our stated price at your order date, we will charge the lower amount. You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you supply to us is true, correct and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any, regardless of the amount quoted on the Site at the time of your order.

Providing the products

Delivery Exclusions.  Skechers is unable to deliver to addresses located in the canary Island, Ceuta, Melilla or Gibraltar

Delivery costs. The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website. Posted prices do not include charges for shipping and handling. All such charges will be added to your merchandise total, and will be itemized in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation email. 

When we will provide the products. During the order process we will let you know when we will provide the products to you.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received. 

If you do not re-arrange delivery. If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, we will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot. If, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot, we may end the contract.

Your legal rights if we deliver products late. You have legal rights if we deliver any products late. If we miss the delivery deadline for any products then you may treat the contract as at an end straight away if any of the following apply:

1. we have refused to deliver the products;

2. delivery within the delivery deadline was essential (taking into account all the relevant circumstances); or

3. you told us before we accepted your order that delivery within the delivery deadline was essential.

Responsibility and ownership of the products

When you become responsible for the products. The products will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the products to the address you gave us.

When you own the products. You own the products once we have received payment in full.

Returns

Exercising your right to change your mind. You may return unworn goods within forty-five (45) days from the date of receipt of the products and get a refund in accordance with the instructions on obtaining a refund below. We will pay for the costs of returning the products in accordance with our returns policy.

Products not as described, fit for purpose or of satisfactory quality

The products must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If your goods are not as described, fit for purpose or of satisfactory quality:

1. You may return the goods within forty-five (45) days and get a refund in accordance with the instructions on obtaining a refund below;

2. You may return the goods within six (6) months and, if your goods cannot be repaired or replaced, get a refund in accordance with the instructions on obtaining a refund below; and

3. You may return the goods after six (6) months and, if you can show that the product was not as described, fit for purpose or of satisfactory quality at the time of delivery and your goods cannot be repaired or replaced, get a refund in accordance with the instructions on obtaining a refund below. 

In each instance, we will pay for the costs for returning the products in accordance with our returns policy.  On return of the products and payment of the refund, the contract will come to an end.

How to obtain a refund

Return products. If you have taken delivery of the products in relation to which you are seeking a refund, download and print the return label from the Skechers website. Use the shipping label to return the item or items to us for refund.

When we will pay the costs of return. We will pay the costs of return of all products in accordance with our returns policy.

How we will refund you. If you comply with the instructions above, we will refund you the price you paid for the products including the cost of delivery of the product to you, by the method you used for payment. However, we may make deductions from the price, as described below.

Deductions from refunds if you are exercising your right to change your mind. If you are exercising your right to change your mind we may reduce your refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the products, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the products and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount.

When your refund will be made. We will make any refunds due to you within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive the products back from you.

Our rights to end the contract

We may end the contract if you break it. We may end the contract for a product at any time by writing to you if:

1.you do not make any payment to us when it is due and you still do not make payment within fourteen (14) days of us reminding you that payment is due;

2.you do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the products to you.

Our responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you

OUR SOLE AND ENTIRE MAXIMUM LIABILITY, FOR ANY REASON, AND YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES YOU HAVE ORDERED THROUGH OUR SITE.

The limitation of liability set forth above shall: (i) only apply to the extent permitted by law and (ii) not apply to (A) liability resulting from our gross negligence or willful misconduct and (B) death or bodily injury resulting from our acts or omissions.

Force Majeure.  We will not be liable or responsible to you, nor be deemed to have defaulted or breached these Terms, for any failure or delay in our performance under these Terms when and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by or results from acts or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, flood, fire, earthquake, explosion, governmental actions, war, invasion or hostilities (whether war is declared or not), terrorist threats or acts, riot or other civil unrest, national emergency, revolution, insurrection, epidemic, pandemic, lockouts, strikes or other labor disputes (whether or not relating to our workforce), or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials, materials or telecommunication breakdown or power outage.

No Waivers

The failure by us to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that right or provision. The waiver of any right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Skechers.

No Third-Party Beneficiaries

These Terms do not and are not intended to confer any rights or remedies upon any person other than you.

Assignment 

You will not assign any of your rights or delegate any of your obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Any purported assignment or delegation in violation of this paragraph is null and void. No assignment or delegation relieves you of any of your obligations under these Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is invalid, illegal, void or unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severed from these Terms and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms.

Entire Agreement 

Our order confirmation, these Terms, our Site’s Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy will be deemed the final and integrated agreement between you and us on the matters contained in these Terms.

Alternative dispute resolution 

Alternative dispute resolution is a process where an independent body considers the facts of a dispute and seeks to resolve it, without you having to go to court. The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform is accessible here. We are not obliged to use alternative dispute resolution and do not currently submit to it.

Other important terms

Which laws apply to this contract and where you may bring legal proceedings. These terms are governed by Spanish law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in the Spanish courts. 

TAX FREE SHOPPING: it is the purchase of goods in a foreign country and the obtaining a refund of the sales tax

2. Purchase receipt must be € 90,16 or higher. Lower receipts can be joined if:

El periodo de desistimiento de catorce (14) días naturales computa desde la fecha en que usted o un tercero nombrado por usted que no sea el transportista de la mercancía reciba la mercancía o, en el caso de un contrato de compra de varios bienes que haya pedido como parte de un pedido único y entregado por separado, el plazo computa en el momento en que usted haya tomado posesión de la última mercancía del mismo pedido.

Para ejercer su derecho de desistimiento debe contactar con nosotros notificándonos su decisión clara de desistir de su contrato antes de la finalización del período de desistimiento.

La forma más sencilla y la que recomendamos para devolver los Productos, acogiéndose a su derecho de desistimiento, es siguiendo las instrucciones facilitadas en nuestra política de devoluciones , pues con ello nos comunica en un mismo acto su voluntad de desistir del contrato de compra y comienza los trámites para devolver el producto.

Para cumplir el período de desistimiento, basta con que envíe la comunicación relativa al ejercicio de su derecho de desistimiento antes de que expire el período de desistimiento. Los productos deberán devolverse en perfecto estado de uso y con el embalaje original.

Si desiste del contrato de compra, Skechers le devolverá todos los pagos que hayamos recibido de usted, incluidos los gastos de envío (con la excepción de los costes adicionales resultantes del hecho de que haya elegido un tipo de envío diferente al envío estándar más barato ofrecido por nosotros), dentro de los catorce días siguientes al día en que recibimos la notificación de su desistimiento del contrato.

Para este reembolso, utilizaremos el mismo medio de pago que usted utilizó en la transacción original, a menos que se haya acordado expresamente algo diferente con usted. Bajo ninguna circunstancia se le cobrará ninguna tarifa como resultado de este reembolso.

El reembolso no se realizará hasta que hayamos recibido los productos devueltos o hasta que usted haya proporcionado prueba de que ha devuelto los productos, lo que ocurra primero.

Deberá devolvernos la mercancía, antes de que expire el período de desistimiento, a Skechers SPRL, Departamento de Cancelaciones, Hauts­Sarts Zone 3, Ave. Du Parc Industriel, 159 BE 4041 Milmort Bélgica. Skechers cubrirá con los gastos de envío de la devolución siempre que se utilice el envío estándar más barato ofrecido por nosotros.

Usted sólo será responsable de la disminución de valor del producto resultante de una manipulación inadecuada por su parte pese a conocer la naturaleza, características y funcionamiento de los Productos.

Garantía Voluntaria de Devolución adicional a su Derecho legal de Desistimiento

Además del período legal de desistimiento contemplado por la legislación española de 14 días naturales, en Skechers le ofrecemos una Garantía Voluntaria de Devolución que le permite desistir del contrato de compraventa sin necesidad de alegar justa causa durante los 31 días siguientes al Periodo de Desistimiento, lo que supone que el periodo de devolución sea en total de 45 días (en adelante, el «Periodo Voluntario de Devolución»), y se configura como un derecho contractual de desistimiento.

RECORDATORIO DE LA EXISTENCIA DE UNA GARANTÍA LEGAL DE CONFORMIDAD 

Atendiendo a lo estipulado en la ley General para la Defensa de Los Consumidores y Usuarios, le recordamos la existencia de una garantía legal de conformidad de 3 años desde la entrega del producto.

We do not verify that reviews have been submitted by customers who have actually used or purchased the product. However, reviewers must confirm their agreement to our review platform’s terms and conditions, which include the requirement that reviewers are only allowed to submit a review if they have had a personal experience with our products or services.
